ENERGY SAVING AND HIGH EFFICIENCY
The industrial gas boilers Futura 53 and Futura 54 represent the heart of a sophisticated thermal system.
This boiler can be combined together to perform power from 16 to 3.000 kW. It can combine up to 60 units controlled via bus RS485.
The efficiency of these boiler reach 108,7 % and exhaust fumes can be expelled through a simple PPS plastic tube.
A 160 mm diameter tube can exhaust up to 3 Futura 54 together, with the possibility to use right, left or upwards exit for max 25 mt high.
The exclusive heat exchanger with extra power performance and the patented electronic control allows a quick and simple connection to any heating system.
The regulation system
According to the need of power, the electronic regulation system controls all the single boilers in order to obtain the best performance.
Its processor also takes care that each single module will work the same hours in order to grant a longer life of the whole system.
The standard kit includes:
- Connection RS485 between the boiler and the external control board
- Temperature regulation
- Modular regulation of the single modules
- Automatic reverse start system
- Set up of the starting mode
- Different temperature circuits
- Automatic switch summer / winter
- Planning the start on weekly program and “vacation program”
- Anti-legionella program, anti freeze program
